Terms of Service

1. The Service

Site Upgrader ("we," "us") builds a personalized preview website for your business and offers it for purchase. Receiving a preview link does not obligate you to buy anything.

2. Pricing

• $150 if purchased within 72 hours of you first opening your personal preview link.
• $188 after that 72-hour window. This is a hard ceiling — the price never increases beyond $188.
• One-time payment. No subscription, no recurring charges, no hidden fees.
• Payment is due in full before final delivery/handoff of your site.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — only Stripe does, per their own terms and security standards.

4. Referral Program

If you refer another business and they purchase a Site Upgrader site, you'll receive a $50 refund against what you already paid. Referrals are currently tracked and honored manually.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@siteupgrader.online.

6. Account Access

After purchase, you can manage your site's content by signing in with the email you used at checkout.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
